Great River Shipping Company (20$/5$):  None

Mississippi River Bridge Company (40$/10$):  No bridges are allowed
across the Mississippi River while this company is in private hands.
The owning public company gets a $40 discount to lay a tile on one
Mississippi River hex.  May be purchased by the Missouri Pacific (MP)
or the Saint Louis-Southwestern (SSW) in phase 1 for $20-$40.  If MP
or SSW buys during its 1st operating round, it may lay a free tile in
its starting city in addition to its normal tile lays.  The starting
tile cannot be upgraded in the initial operating round.

The Southern Cattle Company (50$/10$):  The public company owning this
private has a $10 cattle token that can be placed on any hex west of
the Mississippi (cities sharing a hex with any portion of the river are
not eligible).  The cattle token increases the value of that city by
$10 for that company only.

The Gulf Shipping Company (80$/15$):  The public company owning this
private gets to place one of two possible port tokens.  The port token
can be placed on any city along the Gulf coast or along the Mississippi
River south of and including Memphis (H17).  Open port token increases
the city by $20 for the owning company and $10 for all others.  Closed
port increases the city by $20 for the owning company only, but closes
this private company.  The open port token may be replaced with the
closed port up until the sale of the first 5-train, at which point the
status of the token is fixed.

St. Louis San Francisco Railway (140$/-):  This is the president's
certificate for the St. Louis San Francisco public company. The share
company may operate with only the president's certificate sold.

Missouri-Kansas-Texas Railroad (160$/$20):  Comes with one share of
the MKT public company.
